Nigeria is known to be the hub of expensive personalities and lavish lifestyle with alot of enviable real estate possession, architectural masterpieces, tastefully furnished with millions of Naira. The question most people have asked amidst these large expensive mansions across the country, which is the most expensive and who owns it. 
That question is now revealed. The most expensive house in Nigeria is worth over $10,000,000 ($10M) and owned by an Igbo business man, who is the CEO of Dilly motors (AKA Mr Dilly), identified as Okwudili Umenyiora. The edifice located at Lekki phase one (Oniru new market), Lagos, is presently the most expensive house in Nigeria and was completed at the end of 2013.
